Browns agree to terms with quarterback Josh McCown

Updated: February 27, 2015's signing likely means the Browns will not re-sign Brian Hoyer, who won 10 games for them the past two seasons and is poised to become a free agent next month. Hoyer made 13 starts last season before he was benched in favor of rookie Johnny Manziel. It's not clear if the Browns view McCown as their starter for next season or as a mentor for a young quarterback like Manziel or any QB they may select in the NFL draft. Boom!
